Who We Are

Intellia Solutions is a boutique consulting firm focused on business process evaluation and improvement.

We bring more than 15 years of international experience in operational excellence, business process management and project governance across industries such as Oil & Gas, chemicals, agribusiness, professional services and IT consulting.

Our founder has led process and transformation initiatives for multinational companies and global consulting firms, combining:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and continuous improvement expertise.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMO experience.

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and process governance know-how.

  • Data-driven analysis using tools like Power BI and process mining.

We are remote-first and work with clients in Spanish and English, helping them move from fragmented, inefficient operations to clear, well-governed and performance-driven processes.
